FAQs About our Pole Dance Studio
Shorts and a tank top. We recommend wearing workout clothes you can move in. Shorts and a tank top can be worn under sweats or leggings. Knee pads are recommended for dance flow classes. Classes are done in socks or bare feet. Studio approved heels are acceptable.
Workout clothes. We recommend leggings and t-shirt or long sleeve shirt.
No LOTIONS, CREAMS, OR OILS. You will need clean dry skin so you won’t slip off the poles. Be shore to wash off all lotions, creams, and oils off of hands and body before coming to class.
You are new! Your not supposed to be! Our goal is to teach you techniques to make you stronger. Our instructors will modify techniques to tailor moves to your individual capabilities so you will build strength over time. Everyone is strong enough to take our intro classes.
Don’t worry. All moves can be modified based on individual abilities. Each class will have a component of flexibility training so you can develop your flexibility over time.
All class sizes are small to optimize safe and individualized training. Apparatus classes are no more than 12 students per class and flexibility classes
Have no more than 15 students per class.

Please remove all rings, bracelets, and dangling body piercings. The poles can scratch your jewelry. Jewelry can also scratch, dent, or tear the apparatuses.
No! We encourage all individuals to take part in classes. But please, no spectators.
