Aerial Fitness Class Description
All clients are expected to sign a liability waiver.

Pole Dance Classes
For anyone new to pole or beginner level. Basic dance, climb, spin, and flexibility techniques are taught to help strengthen your body. *wear shorts. no lotions or oils on body
Learn to put all your moves together into fun combos as well as the basics of inverting. Intermediate climbs, spins, and basic inverts. Instructor approval required to enter this class.*wear shorts. no lotions or oils on body
Advanced climbs and aerial combos are taught. Instructor approval is required for this class.
All level dance class where floor work and fluidly around the pole will be taught. No aerial techniques taught in this class. NEW STUDENTS WECOME! *heels optional and knee pads recommended

Aerial Silks
All level class where you learn foundations of split silks. Climbs, inverts and combos. BEGINNER FRIENDLY! *Leggings recommended.

Lyra
All level class will teach you the foundations of aerial hoop. BEGINNER FRIENDLY! *leggings recommended

Flexibility Classes
This class utilizes passive and active flexibility techniques for you to build the strength and stamina to safely achieve the flexibility you desire.

Mixed Level Pole Flow
This is an all level pole flow class with a focus on a choreographed dance flow that improves strength, flexibility, and coordination. All levels welcome. Heels optional. Knee pads recommended.

Chair Dance Choreography
Choreographed chair dance incorporating Chair dance and tricks. *Pleaser heels/knee pads recommended
