Pole Studio Policies

Cleaniness and Hygiene

If you are feeling unwell please stay home.  This is for your safety as well as for the safety of the studio.

Hygiene and cleaniness is our first priority.  All apparatuses are disinfected before and after each class to ensure a safe and healthy environment.  The studio is fully cleaned and disinfected and at the end of each day according to CDC guidelines.

Auto-pay and Contracts:

Auto-pays will be automatically charged to your account each month for the length of time you signed up for.  All contracts are binding for 12 months.  Monthly auto-pay require 30 day notification for cancellations. The penalty for cancelling prior to one year agreement will require a fee of $150. Yearly auto-pay requires acceptable documentation stating purpose of cancellation and will be accepted based on owner approval. Exceptions will be made for appropriate medical reasons accompanied with proper documentation.

Lateness:

Please be on time.  Students 5 minutes late to class will forfeit their reservation to a client on waitlist.

Walk-ins and cancellations:

Walk-ins are welcome.  We STRONGLY RECCOMEND pre-registering for classes ahead of time.  If you have any questions please call and we will be happy to assist you over the phone.  Classes with less than 2 students signed up for class within 1 hour of start time, will be cancelled.  We suggest students sign up ahead of time to avoid cancellation of classes.

Our policy allows up to 3 hours prior to class to cancel.  If you cancel prior to the 3 hour window the class will be allocated back to your class card or package for later use.  If you cancel after the 3 hour window, the class will be forfeit.

Deposits:

$50 deposits are required for all parties.  $20 deposits are required for all private sessions.  All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Classes and Packages

All classes and packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable.  Note the expiration dates on all classes, class cards, and packages are binding.  There will be no extensions of expirations allowed for any circumstances.

Attire

Because we are a dance studio that works with techniques with our hands on the floor, we ask that you remove your shoes at the entrance of the studio for hygiene purposes.  Street shoes are not permitted inside the studio. There will be a designated shoe rack. Only studio approved heels are allowed during pole classes.  Appropriate workout clothing is acceptable.  Form fitting shorts, boy shorts, or full bottom bikini shorts are acceptable for pole classes.  Please no thongs, g-strings, or sheer underwear.  Nudity is unacceptable in our studio.  We are an aerial fitness studio. We recommend long leggings and sleeves for silks and lyra classes.

Conduct

Have fun, but please do not be disruptive to class.  Please set phones to silent.  All essential calls or texts must be taken outside class perimeter being taught as it is disruptive to the class.  Any outburst or behavior deemed inappropriate by the instructor or owner will result in that individual being asked to vacate the premise.  Classes will not be refunded to these individuals.

Respect is our number one priority.  We are here to encourage and support.  No bullying or judgements please. No guests will be allowed to spectate.  If there is any interest in pole classes please try our intro class, we would love to have you!
