She fell in love with the challenge of combining strength and flexibility that pole fitness offers. Her favorite aspect of being an instructor is teaching students to overcome their doubts and fears by accomplishing something they thought they couldn’t do. She especially loves teaching beginners and seeing how empowered they feel after a great class. Her goal is to help bring the athleticism and art of pole to the forefront of fitness.
